IDA-supported legislation authored by Sen. Jean Leising (R-Indianapolis) that would prevent dental insurers from extending contracted reimbursement rates to noncovered services has been assigned bill number SB 129. Assignment of Benefits legislation supported by Sen. Pat Miller (R-Indianapolis) is still awaiting a bill number assignment.
