Dental Licenses Expire March 1

Indiana dentists and hygienists who have not yet renewed their license need to take immediate action. Existing dental and hygiene licenses expire March 1. Dentists and hygienists who do not renew on time may face disciplinary action from the Indiana State Board of Dentistry. Dental insurance companies may deny claim submissions from dentists with expired licenses. To renew online, visit the Professional Licensing Agency Web site at www.in.gov/pla.
