- IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION BEFORE CHOOSING YOUR COURSES/EVENTS: Click the image below (on the left) to download the full Annual Session Registration Book, which contains full descriptions of speakers, courses, and the overall meeting.
- IF YOU'RE READY TO REGISTER ONLINE: Click the "Save Your Spot" button to the below (on the right) to proceed to the online registration form, where you can complete the entire registration process online. Note: Clicking the "Save Your Spot" button will open a new window and may require you to enable "pop-up" windows on your Internet browser.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel rooms at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis are sold out. We have booked more rooms at The Canterbury Hotel, 123 S. Illinois St., Indianapolis, IN 46225, one block from the Hyatt. Reserve your room at The Canterbury for $125 by calling 800.538.8186 and referencing the IDA Annual Session block by May 16, 2012.
