This registration type is appropriate for a member dentist of the ADA, IDA, and local component society. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Exhibit Hall activities.
House of Delegates Dentist – $165 $125 if registered before April 26, 2024
This registration type is appropriate for volunteer member dentists who have been selected by their local component society to represent them in the House of Delegates as a Delegate or Alternate Delegate. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Marketplace Exhibit activities.
New Dentist Member – $205 $165 if registered before April 26, 2024
This registration type is appropriate for a member dentist of the ADA, IDA, and local component society who graduated from dental school within the past 10 years. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Marketplace Exhibit activities.
Retired Life Member Dentist – $35 $20 if registered before April 26, 2024
This registration type is appropriate for life members who are retired from a constituent society and are no longer earning any income from private practice or from the performance of service as a member of the faculty of a dental school, as a dental administrator or consultant, or as a practitioner of any activity for which a license to practice dentistry is required by the state. These members have been dentists for 30 consecutive years or a total of 40 years and are age 65 or older. Includes unlimited CE sessions, free special events and all Marketplace Exhibit activities.
Non-member Dentist – $730 $620 if registered before April 26, 2024
This registration type is appropriate for a dentist who did not join the 2023 ADA membership year. The 2024 Midwest Dental Assembly will be hosted at the French Lick Resort on May 16-18, 2024 moving to a Thursday, Friday, Saturday morning conference schedule. Meeting attendees will be able to choose from two hotel options at the French Lick Resort -French Lick Springs Hotel (Host Hotel) and West Baden Springs Hotel. Most events and activities will be hosted at the French Lick Springs Hotel, but free shuttle service is available for those that wish to stay at the French Lick Resort’s secondary property, West Baden Springs Hotel.
Our deeply discounted room block is valid through April 19, 2024 and you’re encouraged to make reservations well in advance of this deadline as our room block will sell out.
