Join us for Indiana’s Largest Dental Convention

Held jointly with the Indiana University School of Dentistry Alumni Association, the Indiana Dental Association's 2015 meeting will take place at the French Lick Resort in French Lick, IN. This resort is the Midwest’s premier resort, spa and golf destination, offering two world-class hotels: West Baden Springs Hotel and French Lick Springs Hotel.

Register as an exhibitor so you can build relationships with current clients and establish new ones. All activities will be held at the host hotel, including the IDA House of Delegates, continuing education, breakout sessions, Exhibit Hall, and most special events.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF A BOOTH?
  • Inside booths are 8´ deep by 10´ wide
  • Inside perimeter booths are 10´ deep by 10´ wide

WHEN IS THE CUT-OFF DATE TO RESERVE MY EXHIBIT BOOTH?
  • All exhibit booths are available on a first-come, first-reserved basis. By registering early, you receive more print opportunities.
  • Reservations will be taken until the booths are sold out.
  • In the event of a sell-out, a waitlist will be created.

Booth Features

  • 8´ high backwall and 3´ high siderails with black and purple pipe and drape, ballroom carpet throughout, one (1) 6´ x 2´ covered and skirted display table, two (2) plastic side chairs, one (1) wastebasket, and one (1) 7˝ x 44˝ I.D. sign
  • A Buyers’ Reception on Thursday, June 11, from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
  • All regular Exhibit Hall activities scheduled for Friday, June 12
  • Invitations to the Membership and Vendor Appreciation Reception (400+ attendees) on Thursday, June 11, from 7:30-11:00 p.m.
 

1. Elite Package

In addition to booth features, this package includes:
  • Elite 10´x10´ displays in booths 100-113
  • Elite vendor recognition in IDA promotions
  • Gold sponsor listing in the exhibits section of the meeting registration book and on-site brochure
